Ily Discord bot (Discord Data stored in Database):

• User ID: Identifier in the bot.
• Server ID:: General bot data.
• Channel ID: General bot data, used for features such as logging.
• Emoji ID: Used for reaction roles, can also use buttons.

Ily Discord bot (not stored):

• Content of messages: Not stored by bot, server needs to opt in to have it logged in a specific discord chat in the same server.

Use of Data

We collect data for various purposes:

• To maintain and provide our service
• To monitor usage of our bot
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues
• To provide customer support

Storage of Data

Data may be stored, transferred to, and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other govermental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Security is important to us, as is clarity. We do not sell user data, and keep our databases in check. If you have any trouble, require more information, or generally want to ask specific things about the bot and/or our site you can contact us via our support Discord server, or at support@ilybot.com. The Discord server has a shorter response time.

Abuse of our service

If you abuse our service we can cancel the premium subscription, remove certain currency, deny access to the bot and/or site, or reset your user data. Abuse may contain but is not limited to:

• Using a loophole to gain a lot of bot currency in an illegitimate way.
• Not paying for the subscription.
• Abusing our branding.
• Using the bot in a way that violate laws, regulations and/or Discord ToS.

Copyright and license

Ilybot.com and the ily Discord bot are both subject to copyright under Nerious. The users are not granted any right to access, usage, or disclosure of the original source code. All techniques, algorithms, and procedures contained in the software and any documentation thereto related is the Owner's or it's licensors' sole property.

Changes and Disclaimer

If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
